Program Data & Compliance Specialist – Full-Time
Non-negotiable Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 plus benefits

Wellness at The Center is seeking a highly organized, analytical professional to help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our growing clinical and wellness programs. This full-time, on-site position works across multiple program areas to collect, reconcile, analyze, and report data; identify discrepancies and trends; develop reports and performance metrics; and help turn complex information into actionable recommendations.
The Specialist also plays an important role in regulatory and program compliance, supporting requirements related to AHCA, Florida Department of Health programs, grants, and our 340B Drug Pricing Program. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, asking why the numbers don’t match, and helping build strong systems in a mission-driven LGBTQ+ community organization.
