Challenge Fitness is a 60 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. Here at Challenge Fitness we provide Group Personal Training. Imagine a one-on-one personal training session but in a group setting and for a third of the cost.
Church of the Holy SpiritSong (COHSS), founded in 1999, grew from the evangelical ministry, SpiritSong Ministries, originally founded by Reverend Deanna Jaworski and Jill Andrews in 1997. The church was incorporated as a 501c3 in 1999. There were approximately 16 founding-members.
Founded in 1974 to support LGBT Jews, today Congregation Etz Chaim welcomes all Jews and our allies in providing religious, cultural, and social programs in a safe and nurturing worship space.

(FREE) founded in 1977 and headquartered in Old Bethpage, benefits and proudly supports more than 4,000 individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness and traumatic brain injury. FREE provides a diverse array of supports and services including housing, recovery services, transition to work, employment, day, community and family services, respite, crisis services, education and after-school support, primary and specialty health care and advocacy.
Giving voice to the LGBT community, the Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida is committed to opening minds and hearts through the power of music. Comprised of more than 170 men from three counties, the Chorus brings high-quality performances to thousands of audience members each season.

Transinclusive Group, Inc. is a Trans-Led organization. Since 2017, TIG has been providing “Resources” and a “Safe Space” for Transgender and Gender Non-conforming people to be their authentic selves. The Transinclusive Group Drop-In Center is open Monday-Thursday 12pm to 6pm. (Drop-In Center Currently Closed due to COVID)
