- Perform regular data reconciliation and maintenance within the TPA system (e.g., Verity Solutions) to ensure accurate drug inventory and purchasing records.
- Execute routine internal audits of 340B claims to verify adherence to HRSA guidelines, specifically focusing on the 3-Prong patient definition and duplicate discount prevention.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and record-keeping for all 340B-related purchasing and dispensing activities to ensure constant audit-readiness.
- Monitor HRSA, Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA), and Apexus updates to stay current on regulatory changes affecting program compliance.
- Facilitate communication with contract pharmacy partners and internal staff to resolve pending claims or data discrepancies.
- Track and validate 340B program revenue and savings data, collaborating with the Director of Clinical & Wellness Services and the Manager of Clinic Operations & Wellness to ensure accurate financial reporting and program sustainability.
- Support the Director in gathering data for annual reports and external HRSA audits as required.

Experience with Verity Solutions is highly preferred; candidates with comparable experience in other TPA systems (e.g., SunRx, Macro Helix) will be considered.
- Financial Tracking: Demonstrated ability to track, validate, and reconcile 340B program revenue and savings data, including providing accurate data for financial reporting.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrated working knowledge of the HRSA 3-Prong Patient Definition, duplicate discount prevention, and OPAIS maintenance. (Familiarity with HIPAA is required; ICD-10/CPT coding is not required).
