Wellness Navigator – Part-Time
Non-negotiable Hourly Rate: $16 – $20/hour

Wellness at The Center is seeking a compassionate, engaging Wellness Navigator to help connect community members with HIV prevention, sexual health, and wellness services. Navigators work directly with clients through HIV/STI testing, PrEP and PEP education and navigation, linkage to care, follow-up and retention, and assistance overcoming barriers to accessing services.
This part-time position also participates in community outreach and events, helping bring prevention services and information directly to the diverse communities we serve. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable discussing sexual health, connects naturally with people, works well with LGBTQ+ communities, and can combine a welcoming, client-centered approach with accurate documentation and dependable follow-through.
Note that this position will only be open for a short period and will close at 5PM EST on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
