Nicole

Nicole has been practicing yoga on and off the mat for 20 years. Cultivating a lighthearted approach, her teaching style incorporates breathwork, mantra, and sound healing to offer well-rounded classes to support her students’ practice. “When we resist change, we create tension in the mind which in turn creates tension in the body and vice versa … by turning our attention inward to this tension we can use the practice of yoga to soften and move the tension by utilizing the breath in the poses and releasing tension in thoughts and in the body. It’s my greatest intention to create an environment where people can connect deeply with their experience as they practice, and to support their process of learning, growing, and healing.”
