No prior experience is necessary, just come as you are and prepare to be enveloped in a sonic oasis of peace. Some people can experience deep emotional responses to the sounds, and that is perfectly normal.
Simply lay down and receive the frequency of the 6 giant gongs and crystal bowls. De-stress, meditate or just relax while sound vibrations wash over you. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or other comfort items, and let the sound do the work. Wear comfortable clothing.
Sessions are on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of January, February, and March 2024 from 7:30 pm-9 pm.
