Yogic Movement and Meditation

Join Stardust for Yogic Movement and Meditation. This class has yoga poses, breathing exercises, movement, and meditation. Yogic movement and meditation enhance flexibility, reduce stress, improve focus, cultivate mindfulness, boost mental clarity, and promote overall well-being and balance. All Levels Welcome. Please bring a mat as we cannot supply them.

About your Instructor:

Stardust has been studying and practicing yoga for over 15 years. They have special interests through Continuing Education in 12-step Recovery Yoga, Sound Healing, and Mindfulness.
